About the Pastor
Mrs. Reneé Tyler & Dr. Dan Tyler, Senior Pastor
» Personal Information
Born on November 27, 1953, in Orlando, FL. He resides in Apopka with his wife, Renee'. They have two adult daughters and one grandson, all of whom have been active in church ministry. His hobbies include music and exploring new places. During his travels he has collected more than 300 eagle replicas and over 250 coffee mugs from around the world.
» Ministerial Experience
Began traveling with his evangelist father in 1965 at the age of twelve. Entered the music ministry in 1968 at the age of fifteen.

Licensed - February 22, 1970; Orlando, Florida
Ordained - October 8, 1972; Orlando, Florida

Has ministered in all fifty states in America, and conducted thirty-five mission trips to foreign countries. Interestingly, he has made 67 trips to Washington, DC.

He is a soloist & musician. He traveled for several years in a Gospel quartet, playing piano and singing the lead. He has produced a number of music albums and written several original compositions including: Two Suns Rose and Hold Me Up A Little Longer, Lord. He is a registered songwriter with BMI (Broadcast Music Inc.).

He is an Ecclesiastical Endorsing Agent with the Armed Forces Chaplains Board, Department of Defense, and a chaplain with the Justice Department. In October, 2001, he served as a Critical Incident Stress Manager during operation "PENTTBOMB" at the still-burning ground zero, the temporary morgue, and the Staten Island Joint Task Force Recovery Operation in New York City. In 2016 her served as a chaplain at the Pulse Shooting Operations Center in Orlando.
